General Information for Oral Presenters

① It will not be possible to present remotely during Heart Failure Seoul 2024.

All presenters must be registered for the Heart Failure Seoul 2024.

③ If you do not complete your registration and make full payment, your abstract will be withdrawn and not be
     included in the abstract book.

④ Presenting Author must present at the session room to present the accepted abstract at Heart Failure Seoul 2024.

⑤ It is required to prepare and submit PowerPoint presentations before the sessions starts.

⑥ If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please contact the secretariat by email at info@kshfmeeting.org.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

① Please download the official Heart Failure Seoul 2024 PowerPoint Template via the button below.

② Your PowerPoint presentation should consist of a maximum of 15 slides, which should include a cover slide and
     disclosure information.
However, for a moderated poster presentation, it should be limited to 7 slides, including
     the cover slide and disclosure information.

③ Please bring a backup copy of your presentation and any other materials such as video clips, images, fonts, etc.
     with you on a flash drive, to the Preview Room at least 1 hour before the start of the session.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR SESSION ROOM AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF YOUR SESSION.

⑤ It is required to prepare and submit PowerPoint presentations before the sessions starts.

⑥ When presenting, your Disclosure information will display before your presentation begins. Please make sure to
     include your Disclosure information in your presentation.

④ All presenters should attend on-site and visit the Registration Desk to collect their name badges first.

⑤ Travel Grants are only provided once to the presenting author, regardless of the number of accepted abstracts
     or co-authors.

It is not possible to receive Travel Grants by proxy.

⑦ Those who received the non-acceptance email with the e-Poster Guidelines will not receive a travel grant, even
     if they submit an E-poster.
